How do exchanges and returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery, and your first exchange is free. Start it in our returns portal with your order number and postcode, and we'll send the new size or colour. Prefer a refund? Use the prepaid label (€5 return shipping is deducted from your refund) and we'll process it within 2 to 5 business days of receiving your item. Items should be unworn, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
How do I care for the leather?
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and treat it now and then with a neutral leather balm. Our leather is meant to be worn and develops a richer patina over time.
