Shipping
Where we ship and what it costs
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark: €5.00 per order.
- Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein: €20.00 per order.
- Free shipping on every order from €100.
We don't ship to other countries at the moment. All prices include VAT. You see the shipping cost before you pay at checkout.
Delivery times
In-stock items leave our workshop within 2 business days of your order. Delivery then takes:
- Netherlands and Belgium: 1-3 business days
- Other European countries: 3-8 business days, depending on location
Made-to-order and pre-order items are made for you after you order. They ship in 2 to 4 weeks, and the product page says so before you buy.
We take payment when you place your order. Want to change a made-to-order item? Email info@amsterdamheritage.nl as soon as you can.
When your parcel ships, we email you a tracking link. Parcel late, lost or damaged? Email us and we'll sort it out with the carrier. The parcel is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.
Returns
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, and use our 30-day return service. Both periods start on the day you receive your order, also for made-to-order items. See Returns & Exchanges and our withdrawal notice.
